We're thrilled to announce that our very own team member, Jelena Milićević (Release Manager and Senior PM), took the stage as a speaker at the Advanced Technology Days (ATD) conference in Zagreb.
Jelena, a seasoned professional in the realm of communication strategies, was invited to share her wealth of knowledge and insights on ensuring seamless software releases. Her expertise in this critical area has been pivotal in shaping our team's success, and her talk at ATD was undoubtedly one of the highlights of the conference.
We caught up with Jelena after her engaging presentation, and she had this to say about her experience at ATD:
“Returning to the conference stage at the 18th ATD in Zagreb was a heartwarming experience. The sense of belonging to a warm, welcoming family of fellow professionals, both familiar faces and new colleagues, was truly inspiring. ATD's emphasis on technical depth and substance, without the usual marketing jargon, resonated deeply with the audience. My session on software releases was met with enthusiastic engagement. At Comtrade Gaming we run a very strict ongoing release schedule every three weeks, on a no down-time basis. It is extremally challenging to maintain this across multiple clients, as each has their own individual deployment and configuration of our iGaming software.”
“The coding competition, Code100, added an exciting dimension to the conference, showcasing real-time coding skills. As the conference wrapped up, the sense of community lingered, with attendees trading anecdotes from the lectures. After all, laughter is the best syntax”, she added.
